These Terms apply to all services and offerings by Chi Be In Balance FZE, including but not limited to:
- Inner Alchemy Pathway Programs
- Integrated Wellness Certification Courses
- One-on-One Soul Alignment Packages
- Wellness Sessions (Reiki, Energy Healing, Mindfulness, and other holistic modalities)
- Corporate Wellness Programs and Trainings
- Crystal Products and Metaphysical Tools
- Retreats, Workshops, Events (both in-person and virtual)
- Use of our website and any related digital platforms
2. User Eligibility and Account Creation
To use our services, you must be:
- At least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), and
- Capable of entering into legally binding contracts.
Certain services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current information,
- Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials, and
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Bookings, Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
For Services (1:1, Group, Programs):
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule private sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Group programs and live trainings cannot be rescheduled.
- Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Refunds:
- All digital content, programs, and events are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
- Refunds for missed sessions, change-of-mind, or dissatisfaction are not offered unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional campaign.
For Events & Retreats:
- Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
- Final payments are due as per event policy.
- Refunds for personal cancellations will follow the cancellation terms outlined for that event.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are accepted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham), with multi-currency options where available.
- Prices may be displayed in other currencies for user convenience but will be processed in AED unless otherwise specified.
- We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and selected local payment gateways.
- Installment plans may be offered for selected programs. Failure to complete installment payments will result in suspension of access.
You are responsible for any bank or currency conversion fees incurred.
5. Physical Products: Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Shipping:
- We offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location.
- You are responsible for any local import duties, customs fees, or taxes.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Due to the nature of metaphysical and wellness products, all sales are final unless the item is damaged upon delivery.
- To request a return for a damaged product, please email inquiries@www.chibeinbalance.com within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
- Approved returns will be processed as store credit or exchange, at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided by Chi Be In Balance FZE—including course materials, videos, PDFs, frameworks, meditations, brand assets, and product designs—is the intellectual property of Chi Be In Balance FZE or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark, and international IP laws.
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of our content without express written permission.
- Use our content for commercial gain or distribute to third parties.
- Claim authorship of or create derivative works from our original material.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services, products, or platforms to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, threaten, or defame others
- Upload or distribute malware or harmful code
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or client data
- Impersonate Chi Be In Balance FZE or any team member
Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of services and potential legal action.
8. Use of Virtual Platforms (Zoom, etc.)
By participating in virtual sessions, courses, or events via Zoom or other digital platforms:
- You agree to comply with each platform’s terms of service.
- You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and functioning device.
- Sessions may be recorded for internal purposes or replays (you will be notified in advance if you appear on screen).
- Sharing access links or downloadable materials is strictly prohibited.
9. Community Behavior Policy
In group programs, memberships, or community spaces:
- Respect confidentiality and privacy.
- Be kind, inclusive, and mindful in your interactions.
- No promotional or sales messaging is allowed unless explicitly permitted.
- Violations of community standards may result in removal without refund.
10. Promotional Offers, Coupons, and Limited-Time Deals
From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, or time-sensitive deals. These are:
- Valid only during the promotional window
- Non-transferable and cannot be retroactively applied
- Subject to cancellation or modification at our sole discretion

- If unresolved, submit the dispute to arbitration Sharjah, UAE, conducted in English and in accordance with the Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre rules.
- The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
